  • Content generated from your uploaded media (e.g., image, video, voice) may be processed using AI models either locally or on our secure servers.

Face Data and AI Processing

Collection & Use:

When you upload a photo or video to use Jestly’s animation or lip sync features, we may detect facial landmarks (such as the position of your eyes, nose, and mouth) to generate AI-based content. This process may be done either on your device or via secure servers through our custom AI API. We use this data only to generate your requested content, and it is not used for any other purpose such as identification or advertising.

Disclosure:

We do not share, sell, or disclose facial data to any third parties. If processing occurs on our servers, it is done solely through our secure infrastructure and not with external partners.

Retention:

Facial data is used in real-time only, and is deleted immediately after the animation is created. We do not retain or store any facial data, biometric templates, or facial recognition profiles.

AI-Generated Content:

The output created by Jestly is AI-generated based on your media input. The final animated content is stored only if saved or shared by the user. Facial data used during processing is never stored.

User Control:

You may delete any saved content within the app. Since facial data is not stored beyond processing, no further deletion requests are required.

Use of Your Personal Data

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • To manage Your Account, if registered.
  • To perform contractual obligations, such as delivering content or products.
  • To contact You about updates, services, or support.

Mixpanel helps us better understand user behavior to improve usability, content, and performance. Collected data is pseudonymized and not used to personally identify individuals unless explicitly shared by You.
